The Lustre Brothers

The Lustre Brothers have been an integral part of the Lunenburg Folk Harbour Festival family since early days. Not only has the group been entertaining us since 1990—front man Don Osburn is a Lifetime Friend of the Festival having served on the Society's Board and as the Festival's Program Committee Chair, during which time he masterminded the wildly-popular Sunday Gospel concert. An accomplished singer-songwriter in his own right Don steps up front and centre when the Lustre Brothers hit the stage with the talents of Al Wilkie on banjo and Brian Adams on bass offering the perfect complement to his upbeat and uncomplicated songs. The Annapolis Valley based trio's repartee and far-reaching repertoire have made them an instant hit with every audience.
